Terms and Conditions
1. Membership:
1.1 By signing up to the UK and Ireland New York Jets Fan Club you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 The UK and Ireland New York Jets Fan Club takes no responsibility for any fraudulent activities asking for or taking payment(s) to join.
1.3 Membership is active from the users completion of the sign-up on Patreon.
1.4 Upon joining the Fan Club, Members will receive email notification with a unique Membership number.
1.5 The UK and Ireland New York Jets Fan Club exercises the right to contact you using the contact information you provide to make you aware of club information, competitions and events.
1.6 To cancel your Membership, please contact us via uknyjets.com or cancel via Patreon.
1.7 Without prejudice to any other remedies it may have, the UK and Ireland New York Jets Fan Club shall have the right in the case of any breach of these Terms and Conditions to cancel and withdraw your Membership. The following actions shall constitute a serious breach of the Terms and Conditions:
(i) the deliberate misuse of the Membership;
(ii) the supply of any misleading or incorrect information in any application made to the UK and Ireland New York Jets Fan Club including;
(iii) the use of foul, obscene, abusive and/or racist language and/or gestures;
(iv) any act which could and/or does bring the UK and Ireland New York Jets Fan Club into disrepute
2. Competitions:
2.1 To be eligible for our competitions you must be a UK or Ireland resident with a postal address in the UK or Ireland.
2.2 Entrants must be available to contact via the contact information provided in the sign up form. If a winner does not respond to claim the prize within 7 days of being contacted, their participation in the competition ends and any Prize will be offered to a different entrant.
2.3 The prizes are as stated in each competition. There is no cash alternative.
2.4 It is the winners responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for any Prize.
2.5 The UK and Ireland New York Jets Fan Club takes no responsibly for items damaged or lost in transit.
2.6 The UK and Ireland New York Jets Fan Club reserves the right to: (i) amend these terms and conditions and vary the competition rules including but not limited to the opening and closing times; (ii) disqualify any entrant who breaches the rules, displays rude, insulting or inappropriate behaviour at any point (including prize fulfilment) or has acted fraudulently in any way and; (iii) cancel the competition, at any stage, if in its opinion it is deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside its control.
3. Meet-ups and events:
3.1 The UK and Ireland New York Jets Fan Club takes no responsibility for personal belongings damaged, lost or stolen at any of its events.
3.2 The UK and Ireland New York Jets Fan Club is not responsible for booking accommodation or travel for its events unless otherwise stated by the UK and Ireland New York Jets Fan Club.
3.3 The UK and Ireland New York Jets Fan Club is not responsible for any member being refused entry to one of our events. This is at the discretion of the venue.
4. Merchandise:
4.1 Official UK and Ireland New York Jets Fan Club merchandise is all hosted on 3rd party websites. We will not ask you for payment information on our website. The UK and Ireland New York Jets Fan Club takes no responsibility for any fraudulent activities asking for or taking payment(s).
4.2 The UK and Ireland New York Jets Fan Club takes no responsibly for items damaged or lost in transit.
